This policy covers Coaching Formula LLC, doing business as FocalPoint Business Coaching Temecula Valley ("we", "us"), and the pages at dawn.thedisccoach.com, including the DAWN Leadership Accelerator application.
FocalPoint Business Coaching is a franchise network. Coaching Formula LLC is an independently owned franchisee and is the party responsible for the information you give us here. The franchisor's own policies cover its own sites, not this one.
When you fill in the application, you give us your name, email address, phone number, company name, your role, the size of your team, and your answers to the questions about your working hours, the work you want off your desk, the leadership problem costing you the most, why solving it matters now, your readiness to invest, and whether you accept the founding proof agreement. The Drain Zone Tax figure is optional.
Alongside that, the page records the address of the page you submitted from, the date and time, and any campaign parameters carried in the link you arrived on (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, gclid, fbclid). When you tick the consent boxes we store which boxes you ticked and the version of the wording you saw, so that there is a record of what you agreed to.
We do not ask for and do not want payment card numbers, government identifiers, health information, or anything about your employees as individuals.
We use what you send to review your application, to call and email you about it, to run the discovery call, and to decide with you whether the Accelerator fits your situation. If you enrol, the same information becomes the starting point for your coaching file.
If you ticked the phone consent box, we may call and text you about your application and the programme, including with an autodialer. Ticking it is not a condition of buying anything. If you ticked the optional marketing box, we may also send you the newsletter and occasional updates.
We do not sell your information, and we do not rent or trade it.
Your application is stored in our customer system, GoHighLevel, and email reaches you through Google Workspace. These vendors process the information on our instructions in order to run the service, and they are not free to use it for their own purposes. If the law requires disclosure, or if we need to establish or defend a legal claim, we may disclose what is necessary.
We keep applications, and the consent record attached to them, for as long as you are a client and for a period afterwards long enough to answer a dispute or a regulator. If you never become a client and ask us to delete your record, we do that, minus anything we are required to retain.
Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, and HELP for help. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Or write to the address below and say what you want stopped. Withdrawing consent does not affect messages already sent.
California residents may ask what personal information we hold about them, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. You may also ask us to stop sharing it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We will not treat you differently for asking. Write to the address below and say which of these you want; we will verify that the request is really yours before we act on it.
This page does not run advertising pixels. If that changes, this section and a cookie notice change with it before the pixel goes live.
This is a service for business owners. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
When this policy changes we update the date at the top. Material changes get a notice on the application page as well.
