These terms cover the pages at dawn.thedisccoach.com, operated by Coaching Formula LLC, doing business as FocalPoint Business Coaching Temecula Valley. Using the site means you accept them. Coaching Formula LLC is an independently owned FocalPoint franchisee and is the party you are dealing with here.
Submitting the application is not a purchase and does not enrol you in anything. It asks us to consider you for the DAWN Leadership Accelerator and to arrange a discovery call. We may accept or decline any application, and we may close a cohort once the 25 seats are filled.
If you do enrol, the contract between us is the Founding Cohort Enrollment Terms you sign at that point. That document governs the programme, the price, the payment schedule, the proof agreement, the performance guarantee, and refunds and transfers. Where anything on this site differs from the signed document, the signed document wins.
The founding rate of $5,997 is available to the first 12 founding members. After that the rate is $7,997, or three payments of $2,799. Prices shown here are the current published prices and may change for cohorts not yet open. A price you were quoted on a call, in writing, holds for that quote.
The programme carries the written performance guarantee set out in the Enrollment Terms, and that guarantee is the whole of what is promised. Anything else on this site, including numbers other participants have reported, describes what has happened for particular people and is not a prediction of your result. Coaching is not a substitute for legal, tax, accounting, medical or psychological advice, and nothing here is that advice.
The DAWN method, the workbooks, the assessments, the calculators, the text and the design of these pages belong to Coaching Formula LLC or to its licensors, including TTI Success Insights for the DISC assessment. Read it, use it for your own business, and quote it with attribution. Do not republish it, resell it, or use it to build a competing programme.
Keep your application honest and keep it yours. Do not submit someone else's contact details, do not submit anything unlawful, and do not try to break, probe or overload the site. You keep ownership of what you write in the form; you give us permission to read it, store it and act on it as described in the Privacy Policy.
We try to keep the site up and accurate. We do not promise it will always be available or always free of errors, and we may change or remove pages without notice.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, and our total liability connected with the site is limited to what you have paid us. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
California law governs these terms. Disputes connected with this site go to the state or federal courts serving Riverside County, California.
